Optical Windows, Customized
Brief of optical windows
Optical windows are used to isolate different physical environments while allowing light to pass relatively unimpeded. Generally, optical windows have round optical windows, square optical windows, and cuboid optical windows three type shapes. However, during most especial applications, special shape optical window is preferred such as "T-STEP" Windows, etc. When selecting an optical window, consider not only the window shape, but also the material, transmission, scattering, wavefront distortion, parallelism, and resistance to the specific environment.
Creator Optics (CNCO) provides all kinds of customized optical windows. These optical windows are made of optical glass, optical crystals and laser crystals. The main products include BK7 Optical Windows, Sapphire Optical Windows, Fused Silica Optical Windows, Germanium (Ge) Optical Windows, Silicon windows, ZnSe Windows, Barium Fluoride (BaF2) Windows, Calcium Fluoride IR grade (CaF2) Windows, ZnS Windows, Pyrex Optical Windows, BOROFLOAT Optical Windows, float glass windows, etc.
After professional processing, these windows have the characteristics of precise geometry, surface quality, flatness, parallelism and so on. A customized optical anti-reflective coating is then designed and made, and the surface reflectivity of the optical window becomes extremely low. Optical windows after a double-sided anti-reflective coating have a fairly high transmittance.
Common parameters for optical windows
- Optial Windows type: Round / Circle, Square or Rectangle, Cuboid, T-step type, Cone, Ring, Wedge, Elliptical (Brewster), special size or type are available upon request.
