Optical Flat Mirrors (coated mirrors)

    The optical flat mirror is one of an main optical component in optical and laser systems. It is a precision plano substrate. The surface has a high reflectivity coating designed for different bands. The main function of optical flat mirror is to reflect the light of the specified spectral wavelength according to different coatings. Such as ultraviolet ( UV ), visible light ( VIS ), near infrared ( NIR ), infrared ( IR ), etc. It is widely used in optical imaging, optical lighting, life sciences, biomedical, semiconductor, metrology testing, machine vision, photovoltaic and other related fields of industry. Usually there are protective aluminum, protective silver, gold and dielectric reflection coatings.

    Creator Optics ( CNCO ) can make optical flat mirrors according to different requirements. It is coated with protected Al or Ag coating on deep-polished plano surface. The main shapes are round / circle, rectangle / square and elliptical / Brewster. Customized shapes are avaliable upon request.

    The main materials available for substrates are as follows: BK7, fused silica, float glass, BOROFLOAT, Pyrex, sapphire, etc.
