UV Fused Silica Rods

     Creator Optics offer various custom-made UV Fused Silica / Quartz Rods. All of these rods are made of UV Fused Silica, Corning 7980, JGS1 or equivalents.

     Usually, there are three type of these UV Fused Silica Rods : two ends surface polished UV Fused Silica Rods, cylinder polished UV Fused Silica Rods and all-surface polished UV Fused Silica Rods.

*Common Specifications of UV Fused Silica Rods:
     Diameter: from Dia1mm to Dia15mm, customized available
     Diameter tolerance: up to +/-0.005mm
     Length of UV Fused Silica Rods: from 1mm to 150mm, customized available
     Length tolerance: +/-0.1mm
     Surface Quality: 40/20 for two ends of UV fused silica rods, 60/40 for cylinderical surface of UV fused silica rods, 80/50 for chamfer
     Surface Accuracy: up to 1/10 lambda @ 633nm for two ends
     Pyramidal of UV Fused Silica Rods: < 1/1000
     Parallelism： 3 arc min
     Perpendicularity of UV Fused Silica Rods: +/-0.1

     Sapphire, JGS2, JGS3, BK7 glass or other material are customized available.
